DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Develop complex application modules by implementing business requirements. Responsible for the effective collaboration between Business Users, Development, Quality Assurance and Technology Support teams. Perform requirements gathering, testing, and implementation phases and work closely with business users and IT management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. Translate business requirements into application functional specifications. Develop and update functional user stories/use cases and conduct business process modeling meetings to explain business requirements to development teams. Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; provide input to information/data flow; and understand and comply with Software Development Life Cycle Methodology. QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, IT Consultant, Technical Associate, or related occupation.
