Key role in both the day-to-day administration of the firms compliance program and in the continuous effort to improve and adapt the compliance program in a rapidly changing regulatory environment
Use of the latest RegTech to propose, build and execute on compliance processes to achieve scale
Monitor and understand regulatory, compliance and legal developments affecting the firm
Educate and train employees on compliance matters
Assist in the performance of forensic testing for compliance with the firms policies and procedures, incorporating technology and analytics where appropriate
Assist with regulatory filings in various jurisdictions globally
Perform due diligence of firm research providers, consultants, and counterparties.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a compliance role
Top analytical and communication skills
An ability to think creatively about RegTech and processes to streamline workflow, enhance
the employee compliance experience, and ensure maximum accuracy
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
