Role Description

We are seeking a full‑time Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. In this on‑site role, the Administrative Assistant will provide high‑level support, manage clerical tasks, coordinate schedules, maintain efficient office operations, and ensure clear communication within the team. Other responsibilities will include managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and providing executive administrative assistance as needed.

Qualifications

Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills to manage daily office coordination tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and phone etiquette to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Experience in executive administrative assistance, including calendar management and meeting organization.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency in standard office software and tools is valued.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
