What You Get to Do:

Deploy and configure MES software according to project requirements and client specifications.

Work closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless integration with existing client systems.

Develop and execute test plans to ensure the MES software meets all operational and performance requirements.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and post-deployment.

Prepare and maintain documentation on deployment procedures and configurations.

Train client staff on system operation and basic troubleshooting.

Monitor system performance post-deployment to ensure continuous efficiency and reliability.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software deployment, preferably with MES or related systems.

Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of software configuration and network setup.

Native level fluency in Japanese with effective communication skills in English.

Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project requirements.

Willingness and capability to relocate to Japan for up-to one year.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in the manufacturing sector, especially in EV Battery Manufacturing.

Professional certifications related to network or systems administration.

Certifications in software testing ISTQB, CSTE, etc.
