Title: Test Manager-ServiceNow IRM
Location: Newark, NJ or Edison, NJ (hybrid- would come to the office as needed – no defined amount of days/per week at this time. During “go live” activities, would like the person to be in the office )
Duration: 6 months +
Description: Our client would like us to provide them with a contract Test Manager for a ServiceNow IRM project.
Responsibilities: Identify the testing requirements, create standard templates and processes.
Improve the testing processes, as well as improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing teams.
Lead creation of test management plan.
Lead design of testing phases, including function testing, system integration testing, UAT, performance testing, security testing, and DR testing.
Demonstrate experience working with workflows in key areas of the ServiceNow platform, specifically related to IRM.
Responsible for testing IRM solutions created on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsible for reporting on test progress, tracking problem reports, and determining whether test phase exit criteria is achieved.
Creation of system test and UAT scripts and test data.
Lead and manage Defect Review calls.
Establish a standard process for testers to report defects.
Manage defects in the Defect Tracking System (ALM & ServiceNow) ensuring issues are assigned and resolved in a timely manner.
Report defect status and coordinate with key stakeholders on the program.
Participate in release planning to ensure defects are properly documented in the release notes.
Required Skills: 10+ years of experience as an IT Test Manager
Experience with ServiceNow
Strong knowledge of GRC processes
Experience with Tosca
Experience with LoadRunner
Experience in creating test strategy and approach for hybrid Agile projects.
Knowledge of various types of testing, including unit test, system test, user acceptance testing, usability testing, security testing, performance testing, and DR testing
