Project Manager 3 / Change and IT Project Management

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Manager and provide high-level project management expertise for Change Management and IT projects for the Business Transformational and Portfolio Delivery organization within a regional enterprise level environment.

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly in Portland, Oregon.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $68.00 - $75.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The Ideal Candidate Must Possess The Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, Organizational Development, Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field is highly desired.

10 years of experience is required with a bachelor's degree.

14 years of direct work experience is required without a bachelor's degree.

Experience must include direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

Note: Level 3 is typically responsible for medium- to large-sized projects (25M and higher lifecycle cost). Typically, as it refers to project size, is determined by an average of the workers assigned projects and includes the complexity, visibility, and sensitivity of the projects within the past year and is not based on a single project funding amount.

5 years of experience and skill in the following areas:

Development of project schedule timelines, to reflect major tasks (Planning, design, procurement, testing etc.) as required to complete a project.

Working knowledge of software development planning, functional and technical specifications, and life-cycle management.

Experience working at the Senior Executive level.

Successfully coordinating or running multiple projects simultaneously as a program.

Advanced meeting facilitation skills and experience implementing business continuity capabilities in a federal utility or similar high-availability environment.

Proven ability to work with a diverse group across business units to elicit both technical and business process requirements.

Accurately assessing and estimating project costs.

Experience organizing and analyzing detailed information and presenting it in a variety of formats for business, executive, and technical audiences.
