As the Promotion Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with entertaining shopping experience in TikTok. We are looking for Product Manager to join our team. The Commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. TikTok Shop re-imagines global commerce with rich content and endless joy.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the product roadmap for designing content promotion tools (flash sales/vouchers/other discounts), responsible for the product work of the marketing platform.

- Explore marketing strategies for user marketing scenarios, build product capabilities such as content marketing, plan fulfillment, and effect evaluation, and improve the construction of the monetization ecosystem for merchants and influencers.

- Pay attention to industry trends, have in-depth research on graphic/LIVE/short video and other gameplay, and continuously innovate in marketing gameplay and business models.

- Drive product performance excellence through extensive data analysis, from measuring impact and testing hypotheses, to conceptualizing and executing functions based on data insights.

- Lead cross-functional projects with efficient scope, timeline, and stakeholder management, focusing on rapid iteration and maximum impact.

Qualifications

- Preferably with prior experience content promotion area.

- Strong stakeholder and project management skills, able to prioritize and make decisions after considering short/long term business goals.

- Care deeply about user experience and passionate about problem solving.

- Independent and self-motivated, and has a strong sense of ownership.

- Open to taking on new and exploratory projects.

- Strong communication skills in both persuasion and presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- At least 3+ years’ experience in product management, with hands-on experience in UX design and system design.

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
