Key Requirements:
Proficiency in installing, configuring, and supporting Windows on prem and cloud servers
Strong grasp of Cisco Network technologies
Experience with M365 technologies, O365, EntraID, Intune
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery planning
Demonstrated ability in deploying and configuring systems
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Previous customer service experience with a client-facing role
