Understanding of ticketing queues and experience with processing ticket requests, and opening/ closing/ processing tickets.
Strong experience with Active Directory:
Understanding of Active Directory Objects and how to create/modify/disable/delete objects:
User accounts.
Service Accounts.
groups (both security and distribution).
Organizational Units (OUs).
Group Policy Objects.
Object attributes.
Powershell scripting experience.
creating reports.
managing objects.
managing/ updating object attributes.
Active Directory Domain/Forest Structure including how domain/forest trusts work.
Entra ID (formerly called Azure AD):
Creating/ Managing Entra ID objects.
Powershell scripting to manage objects, settings, and attributes and provide reporting.
Privileged Identity Management.
Managing JIT-privileged access.
User/ Login Risk policies.
Role Enabled groups.
Conditional Access Policies/ MFA.
Identity Governance/ Entitlement Management.
Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Excel.
