Tired of waiting on long roofing commissions to payout? PDR sales are fast pay commissions paying out in full within two weeks! We are a roofing primary company but also have the fast commission opportunity selling PDR under the same roof and operation. This makes an easy sell with opportunity for large volume sales to match big ticket roofing claims. We are currently looking to add rock star talent to our team of Roofing and PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) Sales. Our company is growing, and we need highly motivated, coachable, and disciplined individuals to join our team to assist homeowners with their hail damaged property, vehicles, insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections. Our company is not just looking to hire sales reps in masses, we are looking for winners to fast track into leadership positions to continue development within organization with revolving growth. The time is now in a recession proof Multi-Billion Dollar Restoration Industry!
2. EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED. We will train you to be win at a high level through our proven training program with fast pay commissions paying out bi-weekly so no need to stress for a draw or long transition periods before being paid! 3. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
4. Talking to homeowners face to face
5. Inspecting & documenting property for storm restoration needs
6. Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process
7. Close restoration agreements with homeowners
8. Create estimates for home exteriors and damages
9. Marketing/ lead generation for new prospects
10. Work ethic-MOST IMPORTANT- We will give you the blueprint of how to win daily and create a large stream of income you just must be coachable.
11. QUALIFICATIONS
12. Must be willing to outwork the competition
13. Must be comfortable speaking face to face with customers
14. Must have reliable transportation to get to the office
15. Self-Motivated, self-disciplined, and coachable
16. Experience IS NOT NEEDED.
17. Must be comfortable having conversations with strangers about their hail damaged vehicles
18. COMPENSATION:
19. Commissions paid on all completed claims (average of $1k per vehicle)
20. Bi-weekly pay if producing deals
21. Monthly and Annual bonuses for performance.
