Head of Peer to Peer Player Development

Be the strategy behind the game As the Head of Peer to Peer Player Development, you will play a key role in the growth and development of our competition focused VIP user base. You'll be responsible for driving net revenue through proactive sales tactics while promoting outstanding VIP service to customers engaging new and existing VIP-focused competition products, including but not limited to Daily Fantasy Sports, the Reignmakers digital collectible card game, Best Ball, Sportsbook pools, and more. You’ll work closely with other departments such as Product Operations, Fraud, CX, Compliance, and the broader VIP organization to design, execute, and operate these products, while managing a team of specialized VIP hosts to service and support all our peer-to-peer customer focused products. What you'll do as Head of Peer to Peer Player Development: Create strong, authentic, and trusted Player relationships both within a book of your own business, and through a team of VIP hosts.

Execute against all VIP policies and operational guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.

Drive key VIP sales metrics, contributing to customer engagement, market share, and net revenue.

Work closely with product and platform operational partners to ensure the growth and success of new and existing DraftKings peer to peer gaming products.

Oversee the development and operation of service centers for our Peer-to-Peer products to be utilized by DraftKings team of house-gaming focused hosts

Provide coaching and constructive feedback to improve performance and enable your team to achieve all established goals & business objectives.

Review and approve player comps based on established customer policies.

Participate in the escalation process including working with clients and other DK departments to resolve client cases.

What you'll bring: Have a passion for improving the customer/player experience, solving problems, and driving positivity amongst the team.

Thorough understanding of Peer-to-Peer games, including but not limited to Daily Fantasy Sports, Sports Betting Pools, and Poker

Experience in sales and/or a customer facing role in gaming, finance, or a related field.

Strong desire to teach and coach a team to deliver quality customer experience and consistent sales techniques.

Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing strategies that improve operational efficiency.

Knowledge and ability to increase revenues and optimize expenses to improve bottom line profit in both matured and new product lines.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field and 5 years related experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, and/or Marketing industry.

Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
