The Team

Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:

+ Finance

+ Supply Chain

+ Customer and Sales Operations

+ Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)

As an SAP IBP Architect/Manager at Deloitte, you will lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, focusing on modules like SAP IBP Demand, SAP IBP Supply & Response, and SAP IBP Sales & Operations Planning. This role is critical in helping our clients enhance their supply chain and operational forecasting capabilities through cutting-edge integrated planning technology.

Qualifications Required:

+ Minimum 8 years' relevant SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) consulting experience

+ Extensive experience with SAP IBP, particularly in SAP IBP Supply & Response, SAP IBP Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and/or SAP IBP Demand Planning

+ Proven track record of successful implementation of SAP IBP solutions in multiple projects

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of supply chain processes and data analytics

+ Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive projects under tight timelines

+ Ability to design and build system solution for planning functions on SAP IBP based on functional & business requirements including supply and demand process flows, hands-on configuration of planning area, master data attributes, copy operators and Key figures

+ Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.

+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

+ Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

+ Limited Immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

+ SAP certification in Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

+ Experience working with Real Time Integration (RTI) & Order Based Planning (OBP)

+ Strong understanding of IBP Supply Optimizer and Cost Model setup

+ Technical or functional lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP IBP implementations

+ Good understanding of the Agile methodology framework

+ Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers

+ Knowledge of additional SAP modules like Production Planning, Procurement is plus
