About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Brand Marketing to join their dynamic, remote team. The successful candidate will be a key leader on the Marketing team, collaborating with discipline leads in social media, influencers, partnerships, and creative. This role requires close cross-functional partnerships with sales, finance, and supply chain, as well as experience in managing external vendors. The VP, Brand Marketing will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop brand and marketing strategies, create impactful marketing plans, and ensure their successful execution. Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement through marketing performance analysis, managing and nurturing direct reports, and staying abreast of industry trends.Applicants for the Vice President, Brand Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the consumer packaged goods industry, particularly in the food and beverage sector, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing plans, strong analytical capabilities, and experience in overseeing creative briefs and managing agencies. Excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and a history of effectively managing and negotiating with outside vendors are essential. The role demands a candidate who is not only a strategic thinker but also a hands-on leader, capable of fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development within the team.
