Teletech Care Coordinator - Job Description
Seeking a Teletech Coordinator to work within the Baltimore, MD area. The Teletech Care Coordinator is responsible for facilitating telehealth services to a designated group of patients in skilled nursing facilities. The Teletech Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely initiation of telehealth visits for all eligible patients.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to assigned skill nursing facilities to support our clinicians with patient telehealth appointments.
Manage virtual appointments between patients and healthcare providers.
Overnights are required for certain assignments.
Qualifications High School Diploma/GED
Will need to comply with vaccination requirements – COVID and FLU
Willing to travel across the assigned area to different facilities. Radius of 100 miles.
Must be willing to travel within their own state and out of state when needed.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time and stay on schedule.
Compensation Will reimburse for mileage.
Will reimburse for overnight stay, and flight.
Reimburse for tolls.
