Catering And Events Operations Director Responsibilities And Requirements
Proven experience in catering and events operations and sales management with a track record of achieving, and exceeding revenue targets of 6M+
4+ years of GM or Director experience in a dedicated high-volume events/catering venue
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Creativity and innovation in developing and executing customized events
Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Lead and inspire a high-performing catering and events operations and sales team - coach, mentor, train, and support
Build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and team members
