Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist located in Philadelphia, PA. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medication, counseling patients on medication use and managing medication therapy regimes. They will also be responsible for maintaining patient records and ensuring that all medication is properly labeled, stored and administered, while adhering to all state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
Licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of drug interactions and pharmaceutical calculations
Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
Preferred: Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and customer service experience
