**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Lead the planning, execution and delivery of software development and technical projects.

+ Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

+ Utilize the Atlassian toolset and develop appropriate backlog, sprint cadence and release targets.

+ Support and execute Atlassian tool initiatives, customization, dashboard and reports.

+ Lead release team in relevant Agile/Scrum ceremonies schedule and execute daily planning and refinement sessions, retrospectives and reviews as required.

+ Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

+ Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.

+ Foster an agile, collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.

+ Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and frameworks.

+ Lead and coach multiple scaled scrum teams in a highly technical, iterative design environment.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

+ Bachelors Degree in related field

+ 5+ years experience in related field

+ Certification with Project Management Professional or Certified Scrum Master

**Essential Functions**

Work Environment: Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.

**Requirements**

+ Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.

+ Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised.

+ Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
