Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with the business objectives and user needs.
Lead the planning and implementation of AB testing initiatives to optimize various digital assets.
Continuously analyze, measure, and report on AB test results to uncover insights and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure seamless execution of testing plans.
Create and maintain a content calendar that considers seasonal trends and user behavior.
Use customer insights and market research to inform content strategies and target audience segmentation.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative strategies.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (8+ years) in digital content strategy and AB testing.
Proficiency in using AB testing tools, such as Adobe Target, or Optimizely.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive content improvements.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing trends and user preferences.
A solid portfolio showcasing successful content optimization and AB testing projects.
