UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a creative and collaborative interaction designer who can keep the user at the center of our designs. You will work closely with our Sr. UX Designer and Product Managers to turn requirements into great user experiences.

You will be responsible for interaction design by utilizing discovery and analysis, user research, information architecture, and interaction skills. You must be able to create impactful change through functional, intuitive and efficient user experiences.

Experience 3-5 years

Ability to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet those needs and vision

Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to usable, effective, and efficient user experiences

Identify the right problems to solve

Effectively negotiates trade-offs with product owners and development

Delivers appropriate level of specification needed to ensure high quality development

Work through implementation when appropriate to ensure the desired user experience is carried through the development cycle

Executing design work consistent with brand design standards

Proficiency in sketching, creating flows, wire framing, sitemaps, interaction definition, and clickable prototypes

Software proficiency of Sketch and Invision

Proficiency in design systems & component usage

Ability of visual UI design

Salary/ Wage Range

$68,400.00-$100,400.00 / year Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
