Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Personnel and Team Management:
Supervise, administer, and coordinate the required services.
Manage teams in the performance of baseline and mission support duties.
Project Planning and Execution:
Work directly with the COR regarding new project assignments and planning.
Serve as the point of contact (POC) for task order matters with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative(s) (COR(s)).
Have the authority to act or make decisions during and after normal working hours.Management:
Personnel management, including supervising task order personnel.
Perform and oversee hiring and onboarding of new personnel.
Perform financial forecasting and conduct financial performance monitoring.
Manage contract invoicing.
Manage customer relationship management.
Develop reports and metrics as required.
Ensure contract deliverables are completed on time and accepted first time.
Perform quality control assessments.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Management Information Systems, as well as 5 years of documented experience in a similar role to this key position. Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level III PM and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification also required.
Demonstrated 5 years of planning, directing, and managing a complex information technology operation in similar size and scope as referenced under this requirement.
Demonstrated 5 years of successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced under this requirement.
Demonstrated 5 years of knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to information technology operations.
Demonstrated 5 years of experience in a DoD IT environment.
Experience managing performance-based order requirements.
Demonstrated 5 years of experience ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management.
Demonstrated 5 years of experience in managing large scale deployments of enterprise applications.
Demonstrated 5 years of experience in managing a combination of virtual and physical server infrastructure environments.
Demonstrated 5 years of experience in DoD Information Technology security practices.
Possess DoD 8570.01-M/DoD 8140 Certification IAW established mandate prior to start of order.
Active Top-Secret Clearance.
Posted Salary Range
$190K to $210K
