We are searching for motivated and friendly individuals to join our team as Event Sales Representatives. If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy engaging with people, this role is right for you
Compensation:
$20/hr + commission structure that provides bonuses when customers download and use our app. Representatives typically earn around $40 per hour, with our top performers making $60 or more per hour with commissions included.
Scheduling:
Flexible, self-managed schedule. Representatives create their own work hours to achieve daily and weekly targets, though there may be some opportunities that require specific time slots worked.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the face of Pepper to build strong relationships with customers and retail partners
Approach potential customers in face-to-face interactions at partner stores
Become an expert on how our payment app functions to assist customers with sign-ups and usage
Drive sales and acquire new customers, with daily and monthly goals in mind
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot tech glitches when necessary
Qualifications:
Previous sales, promotional marketing, brand ambassador, or direct customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – this role involves 100% face-to-face interaction
Comfortable approaching customers with tenacity and resilience
Ability to use Apple and Android applications on multiple devices
Highly sales-motivated, passionate, and possesses a positive mindset
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to dedicate 15 or more hours per week on average to this role
