Finance Manager

Our client is hiring for a hybrid Finance Manager position based in El Segundo! The successful candidate will possess 5-8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience and will be analytical, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to effectively partner across teams and support key business initiatives. Candidates with experience working in complex, matrixed organizations within the beauty, retail, or consumer products industries are encouraged to apply.

Role Overview:Contract Role: 12+ months
Pay: $58-63/hr on W2
Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote, 9AM start time
Responsibilities:Analyze budget performance and explain key variances
Lead planning, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
Partner with business teams to support financial decision-making
Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses
Strengthen controls, support audits, and improve finance processes
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA is a plus.
5-8 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or related finance roles
Experience in beauty, consumer products, retail or other fast-paced commercial industries is preferred.
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled productivity tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions through financial insights
