Nell’ambito dei progetti di implementazione di processi per la divisione Network Automotive , verranno affidate alla risorsa attività di coaching on field, al fine di migliorare gli indicatori per le aree Sales e After-Sales di dealer sul territorio nazionale.

La risorsa, inserita in un team, riporterà al responsabile del progetto e seguendo procedure interne e best practices, applicando metodi consolidati e creando un riferimento ideale per il referente, si occuperà di:

analizzare i risultati derivanti dalle valutazioni relative all’indagine Customer Satisfaction svolta dalla casa madre sui dealer;

verificare direttamente on site i processi oggetto dell’indagine;

elaborare e proporre, in coordinamento con il proprio responsabile, strategie di intervento da inserire in piani di azione e porle in essere;

supportare la corretta gestione del lead management ed il nurturing del database;

utilizzare proattivamente i sistemi di comunicazione (apps, websites e social media);

ideare soluzioni innovative per anticipare le nuove esigenze di mercato;

prevedere follow-up al fine di raggiungere i target di CSI previsti.

Titolo di studio

Esperienza presso casa costruttrice, concessionaria o società di servizi operante in ambito Automotive, con focus su progetti After-Sales

Ottimo utilizzo del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel, dimestichezza con i tool informatici

Spiccate capacità relazionali e comunicative, sia scritte che verbali

Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte continue su territorio nazionale

Proattività e capacità organizzative

Requisiti Preferenziali Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese o francese

Passione per il settore Automotive

Forte orientamento ai risultati
