Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing the user interfaces for our financial technology platform, leveraging modern front-end technologies like React.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate user requirements into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
Design and implement responsive, accessible, and high-performing React components and applications
Optimize the UI for maximum user experience and accessibility
Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the product
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, frameworks, and best practices
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on the team
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a UI/UX developer, with a strong background in React
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries
Hands-on experience with React, Redux, and other related technologies
Experience with analyzing and exporting components from Figma. Interpreting layouts, responsive design, and states.
Familiarity with UI design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards
Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant and user-friendly solutions
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in an agile software development environment
