Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of high-speed Ethernet SerDes interfaces (NRZ, PAM-4 100G) for next-generation hardware products.
Conduct detailed signal integrity and power integrity analyses using HyperLynx, Ansoft SIWave, and HFSS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware specifications and requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
Perform design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Develop and optimize PCB layouts for high-speed signal transmission.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues related to signal and power integrity.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in high-speed interface technologies.
Document design processes, guidelines, and technical reports.
Interface with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical support.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in hardware design and development, with a focus on high-speed Ethernet SerDes interfaces (NRZ, PAM-4 100G).
Proficiency in simulation tools such as HyperLynx, Ansoft SIWave, and HFSS.
Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic interference principles.
Experience with PCB layout and design for high-speed applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality hardware solutions on time.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Experience with other high-speed interfaces and protocols (e.g., PCIe, USB, SATA).
Knowledge of RF design and microwave engineering principles.
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., IEEE, IEC).
Experience with automated testing and validation of hardware designs.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Compensation: $137,000.00 - $206,000.00 per year
