FIELD SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – CROSS BORDER
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for Hellmann solutions and service sales in Cross Border Road Freight.
Aggressively obtain new local customers through sales "hunting" activity, developing relationships, and correctly assessing the prospective account to secure business.
Build customer portfolio in alignment with the needs and capabilities of the Road & Rail Product.
Act as product matter specialist for teammates in Hellmann sales community.
Perform all aspects of the sales process, input and update all relevant activities utilizing CRM daily (required).
Conduct mutually agreed Quarterly Business Reviews with the customer and maintain close/ongoing communication with customer and Hellmann Road Operations to assure expectations are satisfied.
Skills And Experiences
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
Requires a minimum of 5 years sales in Cross Border Road Freight
Operations experience with cross border services including general knowledge of customs processes.
Experience with logistics processes, systems, and solutions.
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills a must.
Ability to travel 50% or more and maintain a valid driver’s license.
