We are looking to hire a Consultant to help support our fast growing Federal consulting practice. Responsibilities for Consultant include :
• Support all aspects of client engagements from scope definition to delivery
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data into meaningful insights

Qualifications for Consultant:
• 2-4 years as an analyst or senior analyst in a consulting setting
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in Tableau is a plus
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision

Job Type : Full-time
This position will be working full time with Aminad and work across contracts, with high potential for growth opportunity.
Aminad’s headquarters is located in Arlington, Virginia and you would be asked to attend meetings 1-2 days per month if you reside in the Washington DC metro area or 3-4 days per year if you reside in other geographies
• Health insurance – 100% paid premium for employee coverage and 50% of premium paid for dependent coverage
• 401(k) – dollar for dollar match up to 4% of salary and immediate vesting
• Paid Time Off (PTO) – unlimited, with advance approval from supervisor
• Tuition Reimbursement - $2,500 per calendar year for continuing education, as approved by Aminad leadership
