**Here is what you will do**
VitalAire is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated full time permanent Shipper/Receiver for our Concord location. The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for the accurate receiving and shipping of medical products in order to satisfy internal and external customer needs.
* Prepares pick sheets and delivery; ensures picking and staging of orders and completes all documentation relating to shipping and receiving
* Maintain inventory levels, controlling backorders and assisting in managing dead stock and turns.
* Liaises with branches and Customer Care Centre/Service for orders.
* Ensures minimum and maximum stock levels are adequately maintained and counted weekly. Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
* Verifies material being shipped including verifying part numbers and tagging.
* Ensures the completion of Purolator and FedEx documentation.
* Manages the receiving process by receiving products, visually checking for defects, verifying products to packing slips, unpacking products and stocking shelves.
* Participation in branch on call rotation
**Here is what you will need**
* Completion of Secondary School
* 2-3 years experience in a similar role or in a production/warehouse environment
* Forklift Certificate is an asset
* Ability to drive a tow motor
* Order picking and general shipping/receiving experience an asset
* AS400 or ERP system experience an asset
* Proficient with Google applications
* Gas cylinder handling experience preferred
* Agreeing to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status, as a condition of employment.
* Agreeing to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to maintain such fully vaccinated status, as a condition of employment.
