MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To support business with accurate and relevant supply chain data analytics aimed at managing cost, mitigating risk and improving product standardisation strategies
To manage and monitor the integrity of procurement systems, inventory management and MCME product master/price file
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS To lead and manage the team
To manage the master data/price file and central profile
To support business with procurement expenditure data, metrics and analysis
To support business with medical materials consumption data, metrics and analysis
To monitor, manage and mitigate procurement expenditure and stock usage risks for MCME
To manage procurement systems
To manage and control inventory
REQUIRED EDUCATION CA (Chartered Accountant) OR CIMA (Certified Institute of Management Accounting
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in business financial analysis and stock management and analysis of which at least 3 years were in a Healthcare or related field.
At least 3 years’ management experience in a Corporate environment
Minimum 3 years’ of experience in SAP master data analysis, interpretation and management (Stock and materials management and/or Financial Accounting and controlling modules)
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
Financial acumen and industry awareness
Knowledge of pharmaceutical and surgical products
Principles of Product Master / Price File / Master Data file management
Quality management and governance standards and best practice
Reporting tools and financial data analysis
SAP Material Management
Supply chain management processes and principles
