Responsibilities: Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation, then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action
We are looking for a good listener and a good communicator to build confidence in others about their estate planning choices.
Someone who is patient and empathetic in working with mostly senior clients.
Qualifications: A motivating, optimistic and inspirational team player will be considered a top candidate.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
Wide range of knowledge regarding drafting estate plans which include wills, living trusts, LLCs, corporations, family limited partnerships and administration of trusts (including A-B trusts)
Experience with Clio, WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel is a plus
Highest level of Oral & Written Communication: a recent writing sample required
