+ **Schedule:** Part Time - 20 hr/week - Hours for this position will vary but will be 2-3 days per week and will fall between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm.

+ **Location:** Indianapolis, IN

**FULL licensure is required.**

Eligible candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience providing mental health therapy in an outpatient setting.

**This position is working as a** **part-time outpatient counselor within one or more of our Ascension St. Vincent Employer-Based Wellness Clinics (Zionsville) providing outpatient therapy to individuals, families, and couples both in person and virtually.**

**Responsibilities**

Provide behavioral health counseling services.

+ Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.

+ Administer individual and group therapy.

+ Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.

+ Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.

+ Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.

+ Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.

**Requirements**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ One or more of the following required:

+ Licensed Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

+ Licensed Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

+ Licensed Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

+ Licensed Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

+ Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field required.

**Additional Preferences**

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) obtained by hire date to position.

**FULL licensure is required.**
