How You'll Make an Impact:
As an Operations Program Manager at Botrista, you will work closely with our Hardware Operations team to drive critical go-to-market operations and ensure seamless execution of our product launches. Your role will involve extensive cross-functional coordination with technology, business, andhardware ops teams to streamline processes and enhance product deployment strategies.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for major hardware deployment projects, aligning goals and priorities to maximize operational success.
Act as a subject matter expert in operational processes related to our robotic beverage solutions, driving forward program objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering trust and collaboration.
Deliver clear and concise communications, including regular program status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate large, cross-functional working groups to ensure effective program launches.
Apply sharp analytical skills to solve key issues in our operations and technology departments.
Communicate decisions and performance insights from leadership meetings to operational teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
Champion cross-functional excellence, engaging support from various team members to drive collective success.
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
3+ years of experience in business operations, product operations, program management, or a closely related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs with superb business acumen.
Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an accessible manner.
Exceptional presentation abilities.
Skills to anticipate project challenges, manage resources effectively, and achieve results in dynamic conditions.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a driven and independent work ethic.
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $140,000
Plus bonus and stock options
