The Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) invites applications for one or more full-time faculty positions at any rank, in the In Residence or the Adjunct series, with a start date as early as of July 2024.

The UCSF Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics provides a supportive academic environment for original methodological research and ample opportunities for collaboration, including with the Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, the Pepper Center and the Center for Tobacco Control Research and Education, as well as teaching and mentoring as part of our Master's Degrees in Clinical Research, Global Health and Health Data Science and the Epidemiology and Translational Science and Global Health Sciences PhD programs.

Preferred areas of expertise include analysis of longitudinal and time-to-event data, risk prediction modeling, causal inference or quasi-experimental design and analysis. Candidate's application materials must state qualifications (or if pending) upon submission.
