One of our clients is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Marketing to lead its marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and content marketing. While experience in home services is highly desirable, it's not a prerequisite. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive strategic marketing efforts while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging digital performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and content marketing methodologies.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional mediums.
Brand Management: Champion the company's brand, ensuring consistency and relevance across all marketing efforts. Drive brand awareness and equity through compelling storytelling and impactful messaging.
Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives. Foster strong working relationships to drive synergy and cohesion across departments.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on digital performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
