Opportunity Overview:

We're on the hunt for a visionary

Head of Product —a role that combines high skill and deep motivation with a passion for advancing health through innovative fitness technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consumer product development, including a robust understanding of both hardware and software, complemented by a proven track record of crafting engaging consumer experiences. In this leadership role, you'll helm our product journey from ideation to execution.

As the architect of our product roadmap, you'll oversee our product team and engineering roadmap, directly reporting to the CEO. This position is not just about managing processes—it's about inspiring a team of brilliant minds to deliver groundbreaking solutions, actively forging new paths in health optimization and championing user-centric innovation.

How You Will Contribute and Lead:

Product Strategy & Vision:

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's mission and goals.

Identify market opportunities and define product direction to drive growth and engagement.

Consumer Experience Design:

Design and enhance engaging consumer experiences that are intuitive and user-friendly.

Utilize DNA and biometric data to personalize workout and nutrition plans for users.

Product Development:

Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept through launch and iteration.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support.

Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and customer empathy.

Engagement & Retention:

Drive engagement with workout content through our mobile app and workout screen.

Develop and implement a credit system that gamifies the fitness plan to increase user motivation and retention.

Data-Driven Decisions:

Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about product direction and prioritization.

Continuously monitor and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to align product strategies with business objectives.

Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer products.

Proven experience driving revenue growth and consumer engagement with mobile products.

Strong empathy for customers and a passion for improving health through fitness technology.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Experience in using DNA and biometric data in product personalization is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
