Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This position requires a detail-oriented and creative individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to support initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
Content Creation: Develop compelling and creative content for marketing materials such as newsletters, blogs, social media posts, website updates, and promotional materials.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and prepare regular reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Event Planning: Coordinate and support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional events.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies and messaging.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing marketing databases.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
