Job TitleJob TitleJob DescriptionAssists the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Associate Administrators (2), and Assistant Administrator with day-to-day operations by performing a variety of confidential secretarial and executive duties. Maintains excellent organizational and communication skills in dealing with physicians, patients, the public and members of the hospital staff where assertive but tactful demeanor is required. Maintains confidential files of correspondence and statistical reports and documents relative to the operation of the hospital. Prepares confidential correspondence for the CFO, COO, Assoc. Administrators, and Asst. Administrator with little or no direction. Coordinates, assists and attends, when necessary, a variety of hospital meetings, seminars and/or programs. Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects and handling Contract Management. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.ResponsibilitiesProvides professional secretarial duties for the CFO/Assoc. Admin/Asst. Admin.Maintains CFO/Assoc. Admin/Asst.
