* Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services for clients

* Analyze and understand detailed business requirements

* Consult customers on technical integration design

* Partner with internal solutions and business consultants to design supportable customer integrations

* Trouble shoot technical integration issues using database and logging tools

* Use 3rd party iPaaS to support and build customer integration solutions

* Configure, provision and support single-sign-on solutions

* Create and maintain internal and external technical integration documentation

* Work cooperatively with Technical Operations and Engineering to identify and remedy software issues

* Partner with internal Solutions Consultants and Product owners to identify and recommend software enhancements

* Working knowledge of JSON and its use within integrations

* XML

* REST/SOAP API Testing - Familiarity API tools Postman, SoapUI, cURL

* Familiarity with Editor/IDE tools

+ a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or
