La gestin del Trainne estar enfocada en el Plan Agronmico trabajando conjuntamente con las reas pares de ventas, agronoma y mercadeo; al mismo tiempo, desarrollar y ejecutar las actividades especficas de los cultivos bajo responsabilidad, la implementacin y desarrollo de las ofertas de valor agronmico, definicin y desarrollo de los componentes agronmicos estratgicos de la propuesta de valor.

****Responsibilities****
Desarrollo de proyectos en el rea Agronmica, Mercadeo y Ventas
Generacin y Gestin del Conocimiento.
Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan de actividades agronmicas en los cultivos foco
Aplica habilidades y comportamientos de conocimiento agronmico para ayudar a los equipos de ventas y marketing a lograr sus objetivos comerciales ayudando a diferenciar y desarrollar el impulso de las soluciones Crop Nutrition de Yara al garantizar que los clientes obtengan el mximo valor de la solucin

Ingenieros Agrnomos bilinges recin egresados, promedio acadmico de 4,0 en adelante, que les motiven trabajar en nuestra empresa y tener la oportunidad de aprender de las diferentes reas tales como Agronmico, Mercadeo, Ventas, etc.
Se requiere nivel de ingles alto
