Job Description

Executive AssistantDedicated to serving the Greater Phoenix community since 1994, OrthoArizona is the largest and most accomplished physician-owned orthopedic and musculoskeletal care group in Arizona. Our premier team of more than 200 healthcare providers, including over 80 orthopedic specialists, serves all orthopedic and sports medicine needs from 30 orthopedic clinics across the Valley.The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior healthcare executives. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and knowledge of healthcare operations. The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between leadership, medical staff, and external stakeholders.As an Executive Assistant with OrthoArizona, you will get to:Provide comprehensive administrative support to medical executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.Answer telephones, screen and route calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.Board meeting preparations & physician event preparations.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.Support special projects, track deadlines, follow up on action items.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred3-5 years of executive administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare/medical settingsKnowledge of medical fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesWillingness to learn office management or record keeping softwareDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsFollow all Standard Operating ProceduresProject coordination or management experienceStrong interpersonal skillsExperience in the medical fieldFull Time Benefits:Robust paid time off package including, sick time, holidays, & paid time off!Medical with multiple different plan options.Health Savings account + company contributions.Dental & Vision Insurance.401(k)Pet Discount Plan.ID Theft Protection & Legal Assistance.
