Focus

• Serve as the primary executive support resource, helping manage priorities, communications, and day-to-day operational activities.
• Partner closely with leadership to transform ideas into organized plans, actionable deliverables, and completed projects.
• Utilize Claude AI and other productivity tools to draft, refine, and iterate on business content, marketing materials, research, and operational documentation.
• Continuously improve AI prompts and workflows to produce increasingly effective business results.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while adjusting to shifting priorities throughout the day.
• Draft professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documentation with exceptional attention to quality and detail.
• Conduct independent research and provide thoughtful recommendations to support executive decision making.
• Assist with CRM updates, process documentation, marketing initiatives, and administrative projects across multiple business functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, increase efficiency, and reduce administrative burden.
• Anticipate executive needs, proactively resolve issues, and maintain excellent follow through on delegated responsibilities.

Skill Set

• Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Operations, Business Analyst, or similar professional experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools, particularly Claude, including prompt refinement and iterative workflows.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision and consistently exercises sound judgment.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to changing business needs.
• Experience supporting executives or leadership teams is highly desirable.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or related productivity tools is preferred.
• Professional, collaborative attitude with a strong commitment to helping the team succeed.
