The Brand Design & Culture team is looking for a well-rounded and creative Designer to work with on a full-time basis. We seek someone who combines skill and enthusiasm with a passion for design, quality, and attention to detail. You should be used to working on multiple projects within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. While confident and passionate in your abilities, you are willing to learn something new.
You will work closely with our Brand Design directors, supporting Marketing projects that span Product, Community, and Events. While able to take feedback and direction, you know how to concept and support your ideas from concept to production - and deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities
Design creative assets for our consumer communications, including banners, landing pages, promotions, online advertising, social media and videos
Collaborate with designers, program managers, and copywriters to find solutions and produce deliverables of exceptional quality ahead of deadlines.
Participate in all necessary meetings – status, team briefings, brainstorming sessions and presentations.
Be an avid learner of the business and industry of our internal clients and external customers.
Participate in all necessary internal and external meetings — stand ups, status, brainstorming sessions, and presentations.
Qualifications
Understanding of design principles and appreciation of typography
Familiarity with current advertising and design trends and practical knowledge of Internet and multimedia technology
Experience with corporate branding and working with corporate guidelines
Demonstrated proficiency in UX/UI design, using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledgeable with Print and Digital file delivery standards
Ability to manage and organize large project files and assets
Requirements
5+ years experience in a visual design role, preferably from an in-house creative team, or design firm/agency
Online Portfolio with outstanding examples across a variety of digital and traditional media
Must be present in the office, 4 days per week
