Job Description:
As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will play a crucial role in managing and estimating union construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing mechanical and plumbing system projects with a focus on insulation.
Checking job sites in the city and supervising workers two days a week.
Performing remote estimation tasks three days a week.
Collaborating with clients, contractors, and Local 12 affiliates to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in mechanical and plumbing systems, with a preference for those experienced in insulation.
Strong project management and estimation skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to work both on-site and remotely as required.
Knowledge of union construction practices and standards in NYC and surrounding areas.
