We are excited to announce our Marketing Manager opening in Newark, NJ! The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in promoting Integrity House’s programs, services, events, and fundraising campaigns. The role requires an individual who is both a creative and strategic thinker equipped to implement a variety of marketing, communications, and brand development strategies and activities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand development strategies to promote Integrity House’s visibility and engagement with various stakeholders including prospective clients, individual donors, institutional funders, referral sources, and community partners.
Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, email campaigns, social media, content marketing, digital advertising, and online reputation management.
Manage all aspects of print media, including newsletters, annual reports, brochures, and direct mail.
Create content for annual reports, press releases, brochures, and other items.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual assets across all marketing materials and communications.
Collaborate with team members to develop and execute fundraising campaigns and events.
Maintain website through direct updates and engaging external resources when necessary.
Meet regularly with program staff to remain informed about programmatic activities and changes.
Monitor and report on marketing campaigns and initiatives and adjust for future campaigns as needed.
Brainstorm and execute new PR and brand development activities.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and audience demographics to identify opportunities for growth.
Remain informed of trends, best practices, and emerging strategies in the addiction treatment and mental health services space, and healthcare marketing to inform and improve marketing activities.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners, including graphic designers, printing services, advertising agencies, and media outlets, to efficiently and effectively execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Support other departmental activities as needed.
Preferred Qualifications for a Marketing Manager: Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, literature, or another related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of marketing and/or communications experience.
Exceptional writing and editing skills demonstrating attention to detail.
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a broad audience including senior leadership staff, program managers and directors, vendors, and the public
Specialized Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:
Knowledge of substance use disorder/addiction, mental health services, or community health initiatives a major plus.
Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable products.
Knowledge of website optimization and video marketing is a plus.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required during events.
