We are building a user-friendly, cloud-loving orchestration platform that makes granting, reviewing, and removing access and permissions fast, secure, and compliant. ConductorOne is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help accelerate our go to market

function. We are seeking people who enjoy working as a core member on a small empathetic team in a fast growing startup.

What you'll do:

Develop compelling business value proposals for our solutions

Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business, the corresponding IT initiatives, and identify issues which ConductorOne can solve.

Maintain trusted relationships with senior level decision makers and other key buyers

Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through/with end users and partners

Work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations and the closing process.

Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demonstrate the company's Core Values to our customers.

You would be an excellent candidate if….

You enjoy building relationships with developers and executives.

You are self-motivated to drive a sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You are uncompromising when it comes to a positive customer experience.

You would be the best candidate for this job if:

You have sold to users of Identity Management software and SOC2 Compliance tools. .

You have a background in (and/or have a lot of curiosity about) security.

You have experience outside of sales: marketing, engineering, design, etc.
