Seeking an experienced project manager with 8-10 years in public construction projects. Experienced in work in CT and public school projects.
Client Details
This company is a General Contractor with a reputation for excellence, outstanding communication, and specializing in complex and challenging projects across Connecticut, particularly in the southern and western regions.
Description
Lead and manage construction projects ranging from $5M to $75M, with a focus on public projects.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project goals are met.
Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
Provide direction and support to project teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and problem-solving.
Profile
8-10 years of experience managing public construction projects.
Proven expertise with State of Connecticut projects and public school projects, including renovations and new builds.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
A track record of successfully handling complex projects and working effectively under pressure.
A background that excludes high-rise residential projects, as those profiles have not been successful with this company.
