As an IT Specialist, you will troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to staff at all levels. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to staff at all levels.
Ensure security and data backup systems are in place and functioning properly.
Monitor and maintain server and network performance, making adjustments as needed.
Research and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Train staff on new hardware and software systems as needed.
Maintain documentation and inventory of IT assets.
Requirements Proven experience as an IT Specialist, with strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networks.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms.
Solid understanding of security and data backup systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
