Based on direction from Supervisor, plans and sets daily and weekly objectives for production team members to ensure smooth workflow, quality production and on-time delivery. Monitors performance of team members and coaches for improved quality and quantity of work.Checks inventory and parts availability and assigns work according to priority and shipping schedules. **_Your Education Should Be…_**
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Preferred technicial/vocational degree

**_Your Professional Experience Should Be…_**
+ 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Ability to professionally interact with all employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
+ Dependability
+ Ability to conduct himself/herself in a considerate, professional, cooperative and helpful manner toward fellow employees, customers, vendors and visitors
+ Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations

+ Basic proficiency in shop math skills
