Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Month-end and Year-end Close: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including AP and AR reconciliations, fixed assets and prepaid expenses, accruals, and T&E reconciliations.
Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in other departments, such as operations, sales, and R&D, to support their financial needs and provide insights to drive business decisions.

Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in public accounting. Experience in the life sciences or biotechnology industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting standards, and SOX 404.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel. ERP implementation experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
High degree of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards
Additional Information:
Full-time base salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 plus an annual bonus potential and equity opportunities.
Title and compensation will be based on level of experience with requested qualifications.
