Sr. Manager, Commercial Finance

The role is responsible for analyzing point-of-sale scan, consumer, and shopper data across markets and customers to inform our Liquid Refreshment Beverage (LRB, non-alc) strategy.This role will develop fact-based data presentations and reports to align key stakeholders.
Accountabilities & Impact:
Partner directly with regional leadership teams to analyze & optimize business performance
Deliver insights, analyses, & reporting which highlight traditional Sales KPIs & financial performance metrics
Interpret sales & financial data to provide recommendations for optimizing business results
Manage key inputs to planning & forecast cycles and deliver accurate & well-researched volume & price inputs supporting Regional budget targets & forecasts
Deliver execution of Revenue Management strategies & annual pricing rate value and lead pricing & promotional execution for multiple states, markets & channels across region
Identify data, process & system improvements required to deliver department's impact agenda and partner with Commercial Ops & IT to optimize data structures / systems
Skills & Experiences Needed:
6-8 years of proven finance leadership in CPG, LRB preferred
Demonstrated leadership success & Increasing responsibility leading financial management & analysis teams
Strong competence with financial analysis & accounting practices
Proven skills to build, lead teams; work collaboratively within large organizations with multiple stakeholders
Advanced analytical proficiency with proven ability to interpret complex financial data and translate analytical findings into actionable business solutions
